STRUCTURE

The holdings company owns the club's property and licences its use to the club. Members of the Holdings Company are past presidents and captains of the Club. It nominates three members to the Board of the Club.

	Croydon Bowling Club ltd. is, through it's Board of Directors and several committees, responsible for the maintenance of the fabric and contents of the premises, the provision of services to members, and the employment of staff.
	The playing and social activities are the responsibility of the five sections shown above each of whom nominates members to the Board of the Club. The Captain, Vice-Captain and officers of each section are elected by the members at each section's annual general meeting.
